SILOXANE PAINT is a superior durable paint formulated to protect homes and buildings from the most adverse weather. It is both breathable and UV resistant and repels water and dirt due to its unique formula. It can be used both externally and internally on a variety of substrates from historical buildings with traditional lime plasters to marine and industrial environments where durability is key. It is available in 5Kg and 20Kg tubs and it can be tinted into over 300 colours.
All surfaces should be sound, dust free and clear of any surface contaminants like oil, grease or salt efflorescence.
After SILOXANE TRANSPARENT PRIMER is applied to the substrate SILOXANE PAINT can be applied. Dilute the paint with 10% clean water by weight and stir thoroughly. Apply the first coat by brush, roller or airless spray and allow it to dry for 24 hours. Apply the second 10% diluted coat and allow the finish to fully cure. During application protect windows, doors and all ceramic and metal parts. Clean all tools with water before the product dries.
