Surface Preparation

All surfaces should be sound, dust free and clear of any surface contaminants like grease, oil or salt efflorescence. Remove any loose or flaking paint so that the paint has a sound base to adhere to. Mold or algae growth must be removed and any holes in the substrate should be filled.

Application

All surfaces should receive one coat of RAPRIMER, allow the primer to dry for 10-12 hours. Using a brush or roller apply one coat of QUARTZ ECO thinned down with 10% clean water and allow to dry for 10-12 hours, finally apply one coat of QUARTZ as a finish coat.

Recommendations

Do not apply QUARTZ:

• at temperatures below +8°C or above +35°C
